YWCA
The YWCA has a program to help Women and Families escape
abusive situations. They are actively seeking donations of all kinds
to help furnish apartments to transition these families. Two
catagories of items are always in short supply and
regularly need replenishing. Our Association would like troops
to collect these much needed items. Items will be accepted at each
leader meeting until June.
Hygiene Items: Shampoo, Conditioner, 4 Tooth Brushes, Tooth Paste, Dental Floss,
2 bars of Soap, 3-4 Disposable Shavers, Shaving Cream , Hair spray/Gel/Mousse,
Lotion, Comb, Brush, Barrettes or Hair Ties, 2 Toilet Paper rolls, Kleenex,
Dedorant, Cotton Swabs
Cleaning Items: Laundry Basket, Dish Soap, 2 Sponges, 2 Rolls Paper Towels,
Laundry Soap, Fabric Softener, Multipurpose Cleaner, Cleanser, Rubber Gloves,
Bleach, Glass Cleaner, Trash bags.
